You may use this Site to learn about Apollo's permanent outdoor LED lighting services, request a free quote, and contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when requesting a quote or contacting us.

Quotes and Estimates Are Not Binding Contracts

Any quote, estimate, or pricing information you receive through the Site, by phone, or by email is provided for informational purposes only and does not create a binding contract between you and Apollo. Final pricing and scope of work are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement provided directly to you before any installation work begins. Nothing on this Site should be treated as a final offer or guaranteed price.

All text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on this Site are owned by Apollo Home Solutions or used with permission, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share pages from this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties (Website)

Product and Installation Warranty

Apollo lighting installations come with a manufacturer and labor warranty. Current warranty terms are published on our FAQ page rather than restated here, so you are always looking at the most current version. If you have questions about the warranty on your specific installation, contact us using the information below.

Purchase of Goods

If you are a supplier or dealer selling goods to Apollo Home Solutions, those transactions are governed by our Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, not by these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma.
