How much does permanent holiday lighting cost?

Will it damage my roofline?

No. The trim is fitted to your home's specific rooflines and eaves during installation and mounts to the fascia or roofline edge rather than being nailed or stapled on like traditional string lights. Our team evaluates your roofline during your free quote to confirm the right mounting approach.

Do permanent lights work year round, or just for the holidays?

Year round. The same track runs your Christmas display in December, Halloween orange in October, red, white, and blue for the 4th of July, game day colors in the fall, and warm white accent lighting the rest of the year.

Will my HOA have a problem with it?

The track is low-profile and color-matched to your trim, so it reads as a normal architectural detail in daylight. Most HOAs are comfortable with it, but every community's guidelines are different - check yours before installation.
