Built for Older Homes and Newer Construction Alike
Rooflines vary more between eras than between states. Century-old bungalows and traditional soffit-and-eave construction take the trim the way most homeowners picture it - fitted tight under the soffit lip and color-matched to the fascia.
Newer subdivisions in every one of our markets increasingly use hip-roof designs with minimal or no traditional soffit overhang, which is where clip-on string lights run out of places to attach. Apollo's track mounts directly to the fascia and roofline edge instead of relying on a soffit lip, so the same system works on both styles - and on the tile roofs and parapet walls common in the Phoenix metro, the steep snow-shedding pitches of the Wasatch Front, and the stone and stucco elevations of the Texas Hill Country.
