Information We Collect
When you request a free quote through our website, whether using the quote form or the quote pop-up available from any "Free Quote" button, we collect the information you enter, which currently includes:

- Phone number

- Property address
- Project details you choose to provide, such as whether the project is for a home, business, or event; the number of stories on the property; your main reason for reaching out (for example curb appeal, holiday decorations, security, or year-round ambiance); and any optional notes you type in
We do not require you to create an account or log in to use this site, and we do not collect payment information through the website itself.
Simply browsing the site without submitting a quote request does not send any personal information to us. We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or visitor-tracking scripts on this site. The pages do load fonts directly from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which is a standard part of how the site is built; loading a font from Google's servers can expose your IP address to Google under Google's own terms. If we add analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console verification in the future, we will update this policy to describe what those tools collect before or at the time they go live.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit through a quote request to:
- Follow up with you about your quote request
- Schedule and prepare for an on-site measurement or consultation
- Contact you by phone, text message, or email about your project
- Keep an internal record of leads and customer communications
We do not use the information you submit for any purpose unrelated to responding to your inquiry and providing our lighting installation services.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. Quote requests submitted through this site are sent directly to Apollo's own lead and scheduling system, which is hosted on Supabase, a third-party cloud database and application platform. That system is how Apollo's team (and, where used, its automated follow-up tools) receives and responds to your request. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate our business, such as scheduling, communication, or business software providers, solely so they can perform services on our behalf.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Data Retention and Security
We retain quote request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and maintain business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
