This Privacy Policy explains how Apollo Home Solutions ("Apollo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit apollolights.ai, request a free lighting quote through this site, respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, or communicate with us by phone, text message, or email.

Information We Collect

Quote requests on our website. When you request a free quote through our website, whether using the quote form or the quote pop-up available from any "Free Quote" button, we collect the information you enter, which currently includes your full name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, and project details you choose to provide (such as whether the project is for a home, business, or event; the number of stories on the property; your main reason for reaching out; and any optional notes).

Quote requests through Facebook and Instagram ads. We run ads on Facebook and Instagram (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) that let you request a quote using a Meta lead form without leaving the app. When you submit one of those forms, Meta sends us the information you entered, which currently includes your name, phone number, email address (if you choose to provide it), ZIP code, and property type, along with the name of the ad and form you responded to. Meta's own collection and use of your information is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Communications with us. When you call, text, or email us, we keep a record of that communication, including the content of text messages and, where permitted by law, recordings and written summaries of phone calls (see "Phone Calls and Call Recording" below).

We do not require you to create an account or log in to use this site, and we do not collect payment information through the website itself.

Browsing. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. It sets cookies or similar identifiers and collects information such as the pages you view, how long you spend on them, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser details. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site; Google's own collection and use of it is governed by Google's terms. We do not run advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel on this site. The pages also load fonts directly from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which is a standard part of how the site is built; loading a font from Google's servers can expose your IP address to Google under Google's own terms. If we add other tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe what they collect before or at the time they go live.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

Follow up with you about your quote request
Schedule, confirm, and prepare for an on-site estimate or consultation
Contact you by phone, text message, or email about your project
Keep an internal record of leads and customer communications
Measure how well our advertising is working (see "Advertising Measurement" below)
Train our staff and improve our service, using call recordings and summaries

We do not use the information you submit for any purpose unrelated to responding to your inquiry and providing our lighting installation services.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your quote request. This includes a link to book or reschedule your free estimate, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about your project, and replies to messages you send us. Messages come from a local Apollo number for your area.

Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the quote process; you will typically receive a few messages around your request and your appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you re-subscribe (for example, by replying START or submitting a new request). Opting out of texts does not stop us from contacting you by phone or email about a request you have made.
Get help by replying HELP to any message, or by contacting us using the information at the end of this policy.
We only send text messages to numbers whose owners have agreed to receive them, either by checking the consent box on a quote form or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We do not share your mobile phone number, text-message consent, or opt-in information with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information you share with us for texting purposes is used only to send the messages described above.

Phone Calls and Call Recording

Calls between you and Apollo may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping. Where a recording is in use you will hear an announcement at the start of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us and we will continue the conversation without recording, or you may contact us by email instead.

Advertising Measurement

To understand which of our ads lead to real appointments and projects, we may send limited information about the outcome of your request (for example, that an estimate was booked, that an appointment was completed, or that a project was sold) back to the advertising platform where you first contacted us, currently Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. Before it is sent, identifying information such as your email address or phone number is hashed, which means it is converted into a scrambled code so the platform can match the outcome to your ad interaction without receiving your readable contact details. These platforms use this information to report on our ad performance and to improve how they deliver our ads. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles of you, and you can manage the ads you see through your Facebook, Instagram, and Google account settings.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Our own systems. Quote requests are sent to Apollo's lead and scheduling system, hosted on Supabase, a third-party cloud database and application platform. That system is how Apollo's team (and, where used, its automated follow-up tools) receives and responds to your request.
Service providers. We use third-party providers to help us operate our business, and they receive only the information needed to perform their services for us. These currently include Zapier (which delivers Meta lead forms to our systems), Google (Google Workspace for email, calendar scheduling, and a backup copy of incoming leads in a spreadsheet, and Google Analytics for site measurement), Quo (our business phone and texting service, which handles calls, text messages, call recording, and transcripts), and Supabase. These providers are contractually limited to using your information on our behalf.
Advertising platforms. As described in "Advertising Measurement" above, we may send hashed outcome data to Meta and Google.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Apollo, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If Apollo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, and we never share your mobile number or SMS consent for anyone else's marketing.

Data Retention and Security

We retain quote request information and related communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and maintain business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Records of text-message consent and opt-outs are kept so that we can honor your preferences. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices, Access, and Deletion

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we have collected about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your information from our records
Stop texting you (reply STOP) or stop contacting you altogether about a quote request

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and why, as described above. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; the hashed ad-measurement data described above is used only to measure our own ads. Children's Privacy

This site and our services are intended for adults seeking a home or business lighting quote. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including as we add tools or new service providers. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
